About the role
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Officer to join their team in Ikeja, Lagos. This full-time position focuses on managing the flow of goods within a food production and manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock efficiently, and ensuring all operations comply with strict food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods.
- Store and organize inventory using FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Pick, package, and prepare goods for dispatch.
- Coordinate loading, deliveries, and dispatch documentation.
- Maintain warehouse hygiene and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and safety standards.
- Monitor stock movement and report any discrepancies.
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Proficiency in inventory software and stock documentation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
