We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Waiter to join our team in Port-Harcourt. This is a full-time position where you will help deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and accurately.
- Welcome and attend to customers with professionalism.
- Ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
- Respond to customer requests and complaints politely.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service.
- Keep tables and dining areas clean and well-arranged.
Requirements
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage.
