About the role
MISHRA Global Resources Limited is a Human Capital company focused on people development and business efficiency. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Consultant to join our team in Lagos. This is a full-time position where you will guide clients through visa applications and immigration processes. The role operates Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a monthly salary of N200,000.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility, and supporting documents.
- Assist with completing application forms and preparing necessary documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.
- Keep clients informed about application progress and embassy updates.
- Maintain accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Stay updated on changes in visa policies and immigration regulations.
- Review applications for accuracy and schedule visa appointments.
Requirements
- Mandatory previous work experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar immigration role.
- Strong knowledge of visa application procedures and travel documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- A relevant qualification in Travel and Tourism, International Relations, or a related field is an advantage.
