About the role
Bosch Power Tools in West Memphis, AR is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to join their high-volume distribution hub. This full-time, 1st shift position focuses on connecting associates with management while driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. You will provide front-line leadership, coach team members, and ensure daily operations align with Bosch standards and values.
Responsibilities
- Complete Electronic Layered Process Confirmation (eLPC) checks and provide coaching to hourly associates.
- Track process deviations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), updating Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) boards regularly.
- Use data and problem-solving tools to resolve issues and improve workflow.
- Audit 5S activities to maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and attendance, escalating issues when necessary.
- Lead daily operations in the absence of a Supervisor and attend meetings as a proxy.
- Support the Q-Matrix by checking and updating training records.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required. Technical or vocational education is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with computer terminals, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot).
- Abilities: Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills with a focus on results and 5S principles.
- Physical: Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work Authorization: Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization is not available.
Pay and benefits
- Base Pay: $22.78 – $27.12 per hour. Individual pay depends on experience, job knowledge, and location.
