About the role
Bosch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate inbound and outbound activities in a high-volume setting. You will report directly to the Warehouse Coordinator and lead a shift of associates. Your goal is to ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse team including Cycle Counters, Warehouse Associates, and Dispatchers to meet organizational KPIs.
- Ensure products are selected, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of orders within the plant.
- Uphold health and safety policies, including forklift operation and plant procedures.
- Lead improvement projects with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits, including KPI performance and corrective actions.
- Liaise with other departments, management, and support staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years in a warehouse or materials management role, preferably in automotive.
- Experience managing a large team.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime.
- Valid driver’s license and forklift operation skills.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
