About the role
Bosch Power Tools in West Memphis, AR, is seeking a safety-conscious Warehouse Associate II for the 1st Shift. This full-time position focuses on inbound, internal processing, and outbound operations. You will play a key part in ensuring efficient material flow and accurate order fulfillment for professional power tool users worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment, including Turret, Man-Up, Center-rider, and Standup forklifts, to pick and move materials.
- Verify materials and quantities to ensure accuracy in processing and shipping.
- Pack customer orders using standard work instructions and various packaging materials.
- Operate hand-powered material handling equipment, semi-automated packaging systems, scales, and postage meters.
- Maintain accurate records for receiving, stock management, inventory, and shipping.
- Adhere strictly to site safety policies and 6S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required. Technical or vocational education is preferred.
- Certifications: Special License or PIT Certification is preferred.
- Skills: Ability to use computer terminals and RF scanners. Experience or willingness to learn PIT operation. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds with assistance. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Work Authorization: Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization is not available.
Pay and benefits
The base salary range is $20.47 – $24.37 per hour. Individual pay is determined by factors such as work experience, job knowledge, and location.
