About the role
Join Axon’s Global Talent Acquisition team to help build a safer world. As a Technical Recruiter, you will guide candidates and hiring teams through the recruitment process. This position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and follows a hybrid schedule. You will work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays and have the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays.
Responsibilities
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer stage for various business units.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and build talent pipelines for future needs.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Greenhouse to identify and engage top candidates.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve hiring strategies.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by proactively sourcing diverse talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely feedback and clear communication.
- Manage multiple high-volume searches concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
- Experience with both agency and corporate recruiting is a plus.
- Proven ability to build strong candidate pipelines and manage high-volume requisitions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for DEI and inclusivity.
- Excellent organizational skills and a customer-service focus.

- Base pay range of $117,576 to $143,704.
