About the role
Okta is seeking a Technical Platform Analyst to support its global sales organization. You will report to the Senior Manager of Enablement Systems and act as the primary administrator for the company’s revenue enablement stack. This hybrid position requires two days per week in the office in the San Francisco Bay Area, Bellevue, or Chicago. You will bridge the gap between platform architecture, content governance, and AI-driven experiences to help sellers work more effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical platform administration, including taxonomy, user permissions, and integrations with Salesforce, Gong, and Snowflake.
- Enforce content architecture, metadata standards, and versioning controls to keep knowledge governed and reusable.
- Configure search algorithms and AI prompt workflows to ensure sellers can quickly find information in their daily workflow.
- Analyze platform health, content reuse, and adoption metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with Global Enablement, GTM Ops, and IT to troubleshoot system issues and refine intake workflows.
- Maintain metadata and permissions that allow AI assistants to retrieve accurate and appropriately scoped content.
- Test new AI capabilities, such as MCP connections and role-play features, and document findings for rollout recommendations.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in enablement technology administration, revenue operations, or sales technology management.
- Hands-on expertise with revenue enablement content or learning platforms, including large-scale migrations and taxonomy structures.
- Understanding of knowledge management architectures and content lifecycle governance.
- Competency in using platform analytics and usage data to identify gaps and optimize performance.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a high-performance mindset.
- Working knowledge of how AI-native tools ingest, index, and retrieve governed content.
- Preferred: Experience with AI assistants, prompt-based workflows, or MCP-style integrations.
Pay and benefits
The annual On Target Compensation (OTE) range is $117,000 to $160,600 for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area. For candidates in California (excluding the Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington, the range is $104,000 to $143,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
