Primark is looking for a Team Leader in Arlington, Texas, to help drive sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Associates while collaborating with management to support daily store operations. Responsibilities
- Lead and coach: Provide clear direction, daily coaching, and feedback to ensure colleagues meet expectations and deliver great service.
- Maximize sales: Maintain strong stock levels, size availability, and merchandising execution to create a fast and efficient shopping experience.
- Manage operations: Allocate daily tasks, support schedules, and oversee key customer areas to ensure productivity and engagement.
- Support store standards: Ensure the sales floor is well-presented, fully replenished, and that pricing, signage, and safety checks are accurate.
- Handle customer issues: Review feedback, resolve issues professionally, and escalate when necessary.
- Assist with duties: Support opening, closing, and store duty management as needed.
Requirements
- Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively in a positive environment.
- Customer service: Strong skills in delivering a great shopping experience and resolving issues confidently.
- Organization: Good time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills in English, both orally and in writing, to perform essential functions including coaching and customer service.
- Technical skills: Confidence using retail technologies such as cash registers, self-checkouts, tablets, and handheld POS devices.
- Physical requirements: Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours per shift, lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
