About the role
Relativity Space is building rockets to meet current launch demands and future exploration goals. As a Talent Development Facilitator, you will join the People team to support employee growth through training and development programs. You will help create inclusive learning environments for new hires and leaders while collaborating across the company.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate training: Lead new hire orientations, leadership development, and internal classes using established curricula.
- Support programs: Assist program managers with scheduling, materials, and follow-up communications.
- Deliver multi-modal sessions: Facilitate virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning experiences.
- Manage administration: Track attendance, manage participant communications, and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with various departments to tailor content to audience needs.
- Support events: Assist with internal events, lead facility tours, and participate in speaking engagements.
Requirements
- Experience as a facilitator delivering engaging learning experiences for varied audiences.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
- Good project coordination and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with MS Teams, learning management systems, and standard productivity tools.
- Ability to work well in cross-functional environments and take direction.
- Adaptability to ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment.
Pay and benefits
The hiring range is $88,000 to $132,000 USD. Actual compensation depends on experience and qualifications. Relativity Space offers competitive salary, equity, generous PTO and sick leave, parental leave, and an annual learning and development stipend.
