Mejuri is looking for a Part-Time Retail Stylist to join their team at Westfield UTC in San Diego. As a Stylist, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers discover fine jewelry that fits their personal style. This role focuses on creating a warm, welcoming environment where customers feel empowered to make confident choices. You will bridge the gap between beautiful products and meaningful moments while driving key performance metrics like sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Deliver personalized service by communicating Mejuri’s selling steps and promoting services like piercing and engraving.
- Performance: Meet and exceed key performance indicators, including sales per hour (SPH), conversion rates, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Operations: Support back-of-house tasks such as order fulfillment, packaging, and maintaining inventory organization.
- Merchandising: Ensure the store meets brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness, and fixture integrity.
- Teamwork: Build positive relationships with colleagues and adhere to company policies and compliance practices.

Pay and benefits
