About the role
Equinox is seeking an energetic and creative Style Advisor to join the team at the Gold Coast location. This part-time position is ideal for candidates who want to make a significant impact in a dynamic, luxury wellness environment. You will provide an unparalleled customer experience to all visitors of Equinox and the Shop, working under the direction of the Shop Manager to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Service: Achieve assigned monthly sales goals and maintain detailed knowledge of all club services, programs, and products.
- Operational Excellence: Uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies, and assist with the timely completion of operational tasks.
- Product & Presentation: Help maintain brand standards through merchandising, marketing execution, and strict adherence to dress codes and housekeeping standards.
- Professional Dimension: Build effective relationships with colleagues and clients, and communicate clearly and diplomatically at all levels.
Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work within a team structure.
- Experience in a customer service business, preferably in retail.
- Strong time management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Availability to work a varied schedule based on business needs.
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States.
