Equinox is looking for a purpose-driven Studio Crew member to join the SoulCycle team in East Hampton. This position is central to creating a mind-body-soul experience built on community, respect, and hospitality. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level customer service and hospitality to all clients.
- Support Studio Management with daily tasks and projects.
- Assist SoulCycle instructors to ensure a smooth class check-in process.
- Collaborate with staff to maintain efficiency and team camaraderie.
- Help train and coach new front desk hires.
- Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations.
- Uphold the SoulCycle aesthetic, appearance, and culture.
- Perform cleaning and prepping duties, including exercise equipment, floors, mirrors, common areas, and bathrooms.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is required.
- Availability: At least 3 days per week, totaling 20 hours, with at least one day on a Saturday or Sunday.
- Holiday shifts: Must be available to work peak holiday shifts.
- Skills: Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with professional phone and email etiquette.
- Attitude: Positive, can-do mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
