Join the SoulCycle team at the Chestnut Hill studio as a part-time Studio Crew member. Your primary goal is to create a welcoming, high-energy environment where riders feel connected and supported. This role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality, building community, and maintaining the studio’s operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Hospitality & Community: Provide personalized customer service, assist instructors with check-ins, and help in first aid situations when needed.
- Sales Support: Promote class packs, memberships, and retail items to help drive studio goals.
- Team Collaboration: Assist management with daily tasks, support new hire training, and maintain positive relationships with staff.
- Studio Maintenance: Keep the studio, bikes, common areas, and bathrooms clean and ready for riders.
Requirements
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week, with at least 3 days of availability.
- Must be available to work at least one Saturday or Sunday per week.
- Willingness to work peak holiday shifts.
- Customer service experience and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
Pay and benefits
The position offers a pay rate of $15 per hour.
