About the role
ThirdLove is expanding its retail presence and is looking for an innovative Store Manager to launch a new location at Valley Fair in San Jose. You will build and mentor a dynamic team while fostering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires you to embody ThirdLove’s values of body positivity and inclusive sizing while ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to create a positive team culture.
- Sales: Develop action plans to drive sales and meet KPIs such as conversion and average transaction value.
- Operations: Oversee store standards, inventory management, visual merchandising, and opening/closing procedures.
- Customer Experience: Deliver personalized fitting experiences and conduct product education to support clienteling.
- Events: Curate in-store activations and partner with HQ to execute marketing initiatives.
- Scheduling: Manage team schedules and payroll, working varied hours including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct retail management experience.
- 5+ years of customer service or retail experience; background in a similar category is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience with bra fitting or a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain an active floor presence.
- Preferred experience with Shopify, Incite, Google Workspace, and Endear.
