Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Assist customers with sizing, styles, purchases, and returns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Presentation: Keep shelves stocked, fitting rooms tidy, and the shop floor organized with the latest fashion items.
- Stockroom Management: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom to support efficient operations.
- Checkout Support: Process transactions, voids, and returns quickly and friendly at the till points.
- Inventory Handling: Receive, unpack, and check new deliveries, then move products to the sales floor with correct pricing.
Requirements
- Communication: Strong English language proficiency to communicate effectively with customers, managers, and colleagues, and to understand health and safety instructions.
- Skills: Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Attitude: Positive, motivated, and willing to learn, with a passion for creating great customer experiences.
- Interest: An interest in fashion and current trends.
- Experience: Ideally, some experience in a busy retail environment.

- Base Pay: $15.00 per hour, with a $0.50 increase at 6 months and 12 months of employment.
