Responsibilities
- Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and safe for all colleagues.
- Receive incoming products and pack them away correctly.
- Transfer merchandise to the sales floor as needed.
- Minimize stock damage and loss through careful handling.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with shoppers.
- Support shop floor colleagues by organizing and allocating stock.
- Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen and share ideas.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, high motivation, and willingness to learn.
- Interest in fashion and current trends.
- Experience in a busy retail environment is preferred.

- Starting base pay of $17.00 per hour.
- Pay increase of $0.50 per hour after 6 months and again after 12 months of employment.
