About the role
Join Stripe’s Startup Products team to help founders start and run companies from anywhere in the world. You will work within the Strategy & Operations group to transform data into clear internal and external narratives. Your work will directly influence how the team understands its users and prioritizes product development.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to uncover insights into how users build their businesses on Stripe.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications to create external content that tells the story of our users and the startup market.
- Diagnose product performance trends and translate findings into concrete recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Lead deep dives on strategic questions, new product opportunities, and the impact of operational changes.
- Contribute to business strategy by sizing opportunities and helping prioritize the roadmap.
- Build and maintain streamlined internal dashboards to track user behavior and product usage.
Requirements
- Minimum: 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, business analytics, management consulting, or a similar analytical role in a technology company.
- Minimum: Strong analytical judgment, including the ability to choose the right methodology and distinguish signal from noise.
- Minimum: Excellent written communication skills and the ability to package data into easy-to-understand content.
- Minimum: High agency and extreme attention to detail.
- Preferred: Experience with startups, founders, fintech, or products serving small and early-stage businesses.
- Preferred: Experience conducting user research, shaping product roadmaps, or bringing new products from 0 to 1.
- Preferred: Experience using AI tools to simplify and speed up work.
