About the role
ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant to join the Identity Security Center of Excellence. In this position, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, helping them navigate complex security environments and fragmented identity ecosystems. You will work at the intersection of cybersecurity, identity, and enterprise architecture to shape how large organizations approach identity security and AI-driven transformation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with CISOs, security architects, and identity leaders to understand business priorities and security challenges.
- Translate complex security requirements into compelling solution strategies and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead technical discovery, architectural discussions, and executive workshops.
- Provide deep technical expertise in Identity Security, IGA, IAM, and security operations.
- Architect solutions that address identity visibility, access intelligence, and cyber exposure.
- Advise customers on security challenges associated with AI agents and non-human identities.
- Collaborate with account teams and product management to advance complex enterprise opportunities.
- Mentor field Solutions Consultants and contribute to reusable solution architectures.
Requirements
- Deep experience in identity security, including IAM, IGA, and privileged access.
- Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and least-privilege principles.
- Proven track record selling identity security solutions to large enterprises in a presales or advisory role.
- Confidence presenting to enterprise audiences, including CISOs and CIOs.
- Ability to lead complex technical conversations and influence architectural decisions.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and solution demonstration skills.

- Base pay of $168,750 – $240,000.
