About the role
Gopuff is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive major marketing initiatives for BevMo!. You will lead an integrated approach to campaigns, connecting strategy, creative, media, and partnerships to ensure cohesive brand impact. This position requires a strong point of view, a bias for action, and the ability to create clarity from ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Integrated Campaigns: Own the execution of major campaigns across brand, product, and growth, turning strategy into actionable plans for creative, media, and CRM teams.
- Talent & Partnerships: Lead campaigns involving talent and brand partnerships, translating these into broader marketing platforms across the Gopuff/BevMo! ecosystem.
- Strategic Growth: Convert business priorities into integrated marketing plans with clear objectives and success measures, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
- Operations: Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and approvals while proactively solving roadblocks to maintain high creative standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, media/publishing, or agency strategy/creative work.
- A track record of turning ambiguous challenges into shipped experiences rather than just presentations.
- Strong startup instincts with the ability to define processes and cover gaps.
- High standards for creativity and craft, backed by the business acumen to defend decisions with data.
- Experience managing partners, budgets, and multiple live projects simultaneously.
- Direct, efficient communication style and a strong motivation to win.
Pay and benefits
- Base Salary: $145,000 – $175,000 (varies by location and experience).
