About the role
Pinterest is seeking a Senior Lead Client Partner to build trusted relationships with top-tier beauty advertisers. You will act as a strategic visionary, leveraging deep expertise in full-funnel sales to drive revenue growth and long-term client success. This role requires a hybrid presence in New York City, with in-person collaboration required two days per week.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Develop and execute full-funnel sales strategies (awareness to retention) for key beauty clients, driving measurable business results.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with client and agency stakeholders, including C-suite and strategy teams, through QBRs and strategy sessions.
- Revenue Growth: Build strategic business plans to drive year-over-year growth and lead annual deal negotiations.
- Product Expertise: Serve as a product expert on Pinterest’s ad offerings, including search, Shopping, and feed-based ads, to tailor media strategies.
- Collaboration: Mobilize cross-functional teams to address complex challenges and deliver data-driven insights to guide media strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of proven experience in building long-term partnerships and successful negotiations.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of full-funnel advertising solutions, including media and measurement for brand, consideration, and conversion.
- Skills: Strong consultative and negotiation skills, with a track record of driving high-value client engagements.
- Analysis: Ability to leverage insights and macro trends to translate learnings into actionable revenue growth strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as digital media or SaaS sales, or equivalent experience.
- AI Proficiency: Demonstrated curiosity and practical application of AI to improve productivity and client communications.
- Location: Must be in a commutable distance from the NYC office for 2 days per week in-person.

- Salary: $148,614 – $260,074.50 (US based applicants only).
- Additional Compensation: Eligible for equity and incentive compensation.
- Work Model: Hybrid role requiring in-office collaboration 2 times per week.
