About the role
Glossier is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate, Part-Time Editor to join their Atlanta team. This role focuses on creating memorable customer experiences through authentic interactions and product expertise. You will help customers discover and connect with the brand while supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Deliver inclusive and interactive product demonstrations, build customer routines, and maintain high service standards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with store leadership and team members to support product launches, events, and daily operations.
- Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, restock shelves, process orders, and maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- Passion for creating meaningful personal interactions and a strong team player mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking skills.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 2+ years of experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality is a plus.
