Primark is looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join their team in Chicago. This part-time position focuses on delivering high-quality customer experiences while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Assist customers with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns to ensure a friendly and efficient experience.
- Store Presentation: Keep the shop floor attractive with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and organized stockrooms.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions, voids, and returns quickly and accurately at the till.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and check new deliveries. Place products on the floor and ensure correct pricing.
Requirements
- Attitude: Passionate about people, honest, and a strong communicator who listens and shares ideas.
- Skills: Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Interest: An interest in fashion and current trends.
- Experience: Ideally, some experience in a busy retail environment.
Pay and benefits
- Salary: Starting base pay of $17.05 per hour. Eligible for a $0.50 increase at 6 months and 1 year of employment.
