About the role
Join the team at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, Arizona’s largest and longest-running AAA Five Diamond hotel. As a Seasonal Guest Services Valet Greeter, you will serve as the first point of contact for arriving guests. Your goal is to create a seamless and memorable start to their stay by representing the luxury standards of the property and the city.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests: Welcome all incoming visitors to help kick off their stay positively.
- Coordinate arrivals: Communicate directly with Guest Services to ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Act as an ambassador: Promote the property’s facilities and brand while assisting guests with information about the resort grounds.
- Deliver service: Provide professional, friendly, and engaging interactions while following all safety policies and department procedures.
Requirements
- Service mindset: A service-focused personality is essential, with customer service experience considered an asset.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
- Soft skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliability: Highly responsible and reliable, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Ability to work cohesively as part of a team while remaining calm and courteous.
- Physical requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Appearance: Adherence to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
