About the role
Palantir is seeking an experienced finance professional to join the Sales Finance team in Palo Alto, CA. This full-time position focuses on driving operational excellence by improving processes and providing hands-on support during peak periods. You will work to build repeatable systems that reduce manual work and improve data quality for the broader business.
Responsibilities
- Optimize workflows: Identify inefficiencies in forecasting, reporting, and deal tracking to enhance speed and accuracy.
- Drive automation: Lead initiatives to automate manual workflows, build dashboards, and leverage AI tools for efficiency.
- Support leadership: Convert ad hoc revenue strategy requests into scalable, repeatable processes.
- Assist Deal Desk: Provide operational support during peak activity periods, particularly quarter-end close.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Sales Operations, Revenue Accounting, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure integration and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in finance operations, process improvement, systems implementation, or sales operations.
- Ability to operate in both strategic and tactical modes, from designing improvements to executing operations.
- Strong ownership and execution bias, with personal accountability for solutions from conception to implementation.
Pay and benefits
The estimated salary range is $85,000 to $135,000 per year. Total compensation may include Restricted Stock Units, a sign-on bonus, and other potential future incentives, determined by qualifications and experience.
