About the role
Glossier is seeking a Part-Time Editor to join their Las Vegas store team. As an Editor, you will ensure the customer experience is consistent across product presentation, packaging, and care. You will collaborate with the team to create seamless interactions whether customers are shopping in-store, picking up online orders, or processing returns. This role is ideal for someone who values human connection, curiosity, and a playful approach to beauty.
Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Model Glossier’s selling principles, become an expert on the product portfolio, and lead interactive product demonstrations and routine building.
- Clienteling: Develop relationships with new and repeat customers through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with store leadership and team members on special projects, product launches, and safety initiatives.
- Operations: Manage inventory, restock shelves, inspect shipments, and maintain visual displays in both front and back-of-house areas.
Requirements
- Passion for creating memorable experiences through meaningful personal interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales while maintaining a hospitality mindset.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality, and familiarity with POS or inventory management systems.
