ThirdLove is expanding its retail presence and seeks a passionate Part-Time Sales Associate for its Corte Madera location. As a key member of the team, you will represent the brand by creating welcoming, personalized shopping experiences that prioritize comfort and fit. Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service and personalized fittings in line with the Retail Excellence Protocol to build brand loyalty.
- Sales Support: Contribute to store performance goals through effective selling techniques and client engagement.
- Store Operations: Maintain store cleanliness, assist with opening and closing duties, and utilize tools such as Shopify, Incite, and Google Workspace.
- Visual Merchandising: Support display initiatives to ensure the store meets brand standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to support new store openings, events, and coverage needs across the retail team.
- Adaptability: Remain flexible to support changing store needs, including varied schedules, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience; background in a similar category is preferred.
- Ability to use a ladder, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while servicing customers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example in a client-facing environment.
- Ability to create a safe, body-positive, and supportive environment in the fitting rooms while respecting client privacy.
- Passion for Thirdlove’s mission of body positivity, inclusive sizing, and confidence through comfort.
- Problem-solving skills to handle returns, answer complaints, and fix minor floor issues calmly.
Pay and benefits
- Compensation: $19 per hour plus commission.
