About the role
Accor is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to join the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess team in Scottsdale, AZ. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, you will support the Commercial Strategy team by handling data collection, accurate reporting, and system maintenance. This position serves as a key entry point for developing future revenue management leaders within the Raffles and Fairmont brands.
Responsibilities
- Ensure data accuracy and enhance automation in reporting tools.
- Prepare competitive analysis and supporting documents for revenue meetings and corporate reporting.
- Generate and update all Revenue Management reports, including ad-hoc requests for senior leadership.
- Assist with monthly forecasting, annual budget creation, and long-term projections.
- Manage availability, rates, and inventory across all channels, communicating strategies to operations teams.
- Maintain rate parity across channels and collaborate with sales on follow-up processes.
- Perform routine system maintenance, including rate loading, restrictions management, and daily checks.
- Support content management for electronic channels and liaise with Marketing for updates.
- Maintain relationships with GRC and Distribution System Support teams.
- Support special projects focused on uncovering new revenue opportunities.
