About the role
Gopuff is looking for a Retail Store Manager III in Santa Rosa, CA. In this full-time position, you will lead the store team to meet productivity goals. You will analyze business trends and historical data to create strategies that drive sales. You will also manage payroll budgets and store expenses to ensure the store meets its financial targets.
Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for store operations and performance.
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and respond quickly to their needs.
- Lead and coach staff, including Assistant Managers, Head Clerks, and Sales employees.
- Manage payroll, schedules, and store controlled expenses to stay within budget.
- Plan and execute merchandising, campaigns, and sales promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage shrink, and receive vendor deliveries.
- Communicate regularly with the District Manager to discuss business trends.
- Build community relationships to drive store traffic.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in retail store management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to evaluate financial indicators and translate data into actionable plans.
