About the role
Join the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, Arizona’s largest and longest-running AAA Five Diamond hotel, as a part-time Retail Sales Associate. Your role is to showcase the hotel’s luxury and authenticity by helping guests re-create their exceptional stay at home. You will be part of a team dedicated to providing world-class hospitality and maintaining the high standards of this iconic property.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all customers.
- Assist guests with merchandise and use up-selling techniques to promote Fairmont exclusive items.
- Handle all cashiering duties and maintain accurate sales records.
- Keep the retail shop clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Participate in stock-takes and month-end inventories.
- Follow all department policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
- Hotel experience is a plus.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows and/or Point of Sales Systems is required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presentation and a revenue-driven mindset.
- Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work cohesively as part of a team.
