About the role
Gopuff is looking for a Process Lead to join our Operations team in Richmond, VA. As a key member of the leadership team, you will report to the Site Leader or Manager. Your main goal is to ensure every order is accurate and delivered quickly and efficiently. You will lead the Pack, Receive, and Kitchen teams, coaching them to deliver a perfect customer experience. Gopuff delivers everyday essentials 24/7, and we are building a team of motivated thinkers to reshape retail.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all facility operations and delivery processes during your shift.
- Coach and motivate the Pack, Receive, and Kitchen teams to meet performance goals.
- Manage order accuracy, pack times, and inventory levels.
- Develop and train new associates and driver-partners.
- Escalate site issues to leadership and live monitoring in real time.
- Complete close/open checklists and conduct audits for damage and expiry.
- Support the team with physical tasks like moving inventory using carts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure safety, asset protection, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of internal Gopuff experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or logistics.
- 1+ year of experience improving processes and efficiencies.
- ServeSafe Certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work fluid schedules, including peak hours (5 pm – 3 am) and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Professional fluency in Spanish is preferred.
