About the role
One Medical is seeking a Primary Care Provider to join its Senior Health network in Charlotte, NC. This position focuses on delivering high-quality, relationship-based care to adults on Medicare and those requiring additional support. The role is based at the Pineville Office and emphasizes a team-based model with smaller patient panels and no billing or coding responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.
- Partner with the care team to engage geriatric patients using coaching and integrated behavioral health models.
- Utilize One Medical’s proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan individual and population-level care.
- Participate in weekly protected time for team building and case discussions.
- Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states.
Requirements
- Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine.
- At least 2 years of primary care experience.
- Currently licensed or able to obtain licensure in North Carolina.
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with team members.

Pay and benefits
- Base salary range of $240,900 to $288,000 for full-time schedules.
