About the role
As a Peloton Expert at the Twelve Oaks Mall location in Novi, you will deliver exceptional in-store experiences and sales support. You will report to the Store Manager and focus on educating visitors about Peloton’s products and content. Your goal is to create meaningful interactions, offer customized solutions, and help customers become Peloton Members. This is a 40-hour-per-week position that requires open availability.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to current and future Members.
- Stay current with new products, features, and content.
- Help customers find the right product fit for their needs.
- Meet or exceed established performance goals.
- Contribute to store activities, including inventory management, merchandising, and marketing.
- Engage in cross-departmental initiatives such as Commercial, Third Party Retail, and community events.
Requirements
- Approachable and empathetic with strong listening skills.
- Experience in sales, service, or fitness in a customer-centric environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented and ambitious with a passion for health and wellness.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift items weighing 25 lbs or more.

- Hourly Pay Rate: $19.50 USD.
