About the role
Flexdrive, a subsidiary of Lyft, is seeking a motivated and organized Operations Associate to join its Milwaukee team. This full-time, on-site position reports to the Operations Lead. You will provide high-quality in-person experiences by serving customers at local Flexdrive facilities. Your work will support the Express Drive Program, helping Lyft drivers manage their rental vehicles and continue building the ride-sharing community in Milwaukee.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the car rental process, including check-ins, assigning vehicles, and processing returns.
- Prepare rental vehicles for drivers by fueling, cleaning, installing telematics and license plates, and conducting inspections.
- Manage vehicle lot organization, transportation, and daily rental operations.
- Identify and report vehicle issues, program challenges, or bugs to the Operations Lead and partners.
- Uphold Flexdrive’s service standards and act as an ambassador for the Lyft brand.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in an in-person customer service role, such as retail, technical support, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with the Milwaukee area.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A valid unrestricted driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Must reside in a state registered for Flexdrive Services LLC.
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
