One Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team in Kirkland, WA. This full-time position focuses on primary care, combining in-office visits with remote work. The role includes a sign-on bonus and a schedule of four days in the clinic and one day remote. One Medical is part of Amazon and aims to make quality care more affordable and accessible.
Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via telehealth.
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning.
- Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles.
- Perform in-office procedures using your clinical training.
- Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states.
Requirements
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
- At least 2 years of practice as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting in the past 5 years, OR 1 year in outpatient primary care plus 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
- State licensed in Washington by the start date.
- Passion for human-centered primary care and effective communication with diverse patients.
- Ability to use technology to deliver high-quality care.
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
- Openness to feedback and ability to navigate uncertain situations.
Pay and benefits
- Base salary range: $146,100 to $174,700.
