About the role
Figma is expanding its Solutions Consulting team to help make design accessible to everyone. As the Manager, AMER Solutions Consulting, you will lead a group of consultants supporting enterprise accounts across the Americas. You will bridge technical expertise with business strategy to drive revenue growth and customer value. This full-time position can be held from the New York hub or remotely within the Eastern US time zone.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of Solutions Consultants across the AMER region.
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside your team.
- Support team development through mentorship, hiring, and career growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute technical pre- and post-sales strategies.
- Build and implement programs that scale the Solutions Consulting function.
- Monitor team performance and help members exceed their goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a frontline manager leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers.
- 8+ years of relevant customer-facing technical experience in SaaS roles such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Engineering, or Sales.
- Proven ability to design strategic programs and act as a hands-on problem solver.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Preferred but not required: Experience with Figma, working across multiple time zones, or knowledge of light scripting and prototyping.
Pay and benefits
The annual base salary range is $185,600 to $316,800 USD. Final compensation depends on individual qualifications, market demands, and work location. Sales roles are eligible for incentive compensation, while eligible non-sales roles have an annual bonus plan.
