About the role
Equinox is seeking an energetic Maintenance Associate to join the team at our Beale Street location in San Francisco. This part-time position is perfect for someone who takes pride in quality and wants to be part of a luxury wellness environment. You will help ensure the club remains clean, organized, and welcoming for all members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Keep the club, exercise equipment, and lobby areas clean and presentable.
- Clean locker rooms and restock all necessary consumables.
- Organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms.
- Maintain an adequate supply of towels on the exercise floor.
- Perform routine maintenance on athletic equipment.
- Receive and store deliveries.
- Assist with special events and notify the Housekeeping Manager of any urgent issues.
Requirements
- A clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
- Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
- Ability to service athletic equipment and use cleaning products and hand tools.
- Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States.
