About the role
Robinhood is seeking a Knowledge & Operational Readiness Specialist to join the Platforms Knowledge Management team. This position is based in either Denver, CO, or Westlake, TX, with in-person attendance required at least three days per week (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday). You will own the content and readiness lifecycle for assigned functions, driving knowledge strategy and leading readiness programs with limited outside support. The role involves influencing Product, Engineering, Compliance, and CX partners while developing colleagues within the team.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end content strategy and knowledge governance for assigned functions, including Help Center articles, SOPs, runbooks, and policy documentation.
- Lead readiness planning for product launches and process changes, including go/no-go recommendations and risk mitigation.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance partners to ensure alignment on readiness.
- Establish content standards and governance frameworks that scale across functions.
- Analyze metrics to identify inefficiencies and lead post-launch improvement initiatives.
- Use AI to solve domain-specific knowledge problems and streamline workflows.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of relevant experience in knowledge management and content strategy.
- Proven track record of independently owning multiple functions end-to-end.
- Deep background in governance, information architecture, and content lifecycle.
- Executive-level communication skills, capable of moving between operational detail and leadership narratives.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Active FINRA licenses where functionally necessary.
Pay and benefits
- Base salary: $82,000 – $97,000 (Zone 2 for Denver, CO and Westlake, TX).
