About the role
Work at the Fairmont Orchid, a luxury resort on the Kohala Coast of Hawai‘i Island. As a Guest Service Ambassador, you will create exceptional first and last impressions for guests. This visible role involves arrival services, valet operations, bell services, and general guest assistance. You will help ensure seamless service delivery while anticipating guest needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized luxury service throughout the guest journey.
- Manage arrival services, valet operations, and bell services.
- Provide guest assistance and transportation support.
- Act as a welcoming presence throughout the resort.
- Support other operational areas as needed to ensure successful resort operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Clean driving record meeting resort insurability standards.
- Previous luxury hospitality, guest services, bell, valet, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in luxury resort environments preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining U.S. work authorization.
Pay and benefits
- Hourly rate of $18.00 USD plus tips.
