About the role
Spotify’s in-house creative studio, Reverb, is seeking a Global Creative Lead to guide its visual direction. You will lead a team of graphic designers, motion designers, and producers while helping to create distinctive work that connects with global audiences. This position reports to the Director, Global Experiential & Content Production.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 5–6 creative professionals, supporting their growth and career development.
- Shape the visual and motion design direction for Reverb projects to bring Spotify’s brand to life.
- Partner with brand, communications, marketing, and production teams to turn briefs into engaging visual experiences.
- Guide creative development from concept to delivery, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
- Manage project intake, priorities, budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with studio leads to build a connected and effective creative environment.
- Present creative concepts to senior stakeholders and build alignment on design decisions.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to maintain design quality and manage production workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related creative discipline.
- 4+ years of experience leading creative teams with a focus on coaching and development.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling, brand identity, and motion design.
- Experience shaping creative direction across digital, social, advertising, editorial, and long-form content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and relevant visual or motion design tools.
- Ability to balance creative ambition with practical delivery, including timelines and budgets.
- Experience working with external creative studios and managing contracts and production workflows.

- Base salary range: $123,189.00–$175,985.00 USD.
