Equinox is seeking energetic and professional Front Desk Associates to join the team at the Chicago Gold Coast location. This part-time role is ideal for candidates who take pride in excellence and want to be part of a luxury wellness environment. You will help create a premium experience where hospitality and human connection are central to the brand.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with a professional demeanor.
- Scan membership IDs upon entry.
- Answer phones and respond to member questions or concerns.
- Update member accounts as needed.
- Provide tours to prospective members.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Assist other departments with related tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service or related experience.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Reliable, professional, and computer literate.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, via email, and by phone.
- Interest in health, fitness, or sports is preferred.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States.
