About the role
Palantir is seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to work in Wiesbaden, Germany. Although this position supports US Government work, it is based in Germany. You will work directly with customers to solve complex data problems and implement high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their critical operational challenges.
- Design and implement data-driven solutions using Palantir’s platforms.
- Work in small teams with minimal supervision to own end-to-end project execution.
- Engage in architecture discussions, data management, and custom application development.
- Communicate with customer executives and help establish team strategy.
Requirements
- Active US Security Clearance at or above the Secret level.
- Strong engineering background in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Software Engineering.
- Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Familiarity with data structures, cloud infrastructure, and front-end frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Pay and benefits
- Estimated salary range: $135,000 – $200,000/year.
