One Medical is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their West Portal office in San Francisco. This is a hybrid full-time position that blends in-office patient care with remote virtual visits. The role offers a sign-on bonus and potential relocation assistance. Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel covering acute, chronic, and well visits for patients of all ages.
- Provide care in-office, at testing centers, and via tele-health.
- Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles.
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning.
- Perform in-office procedures and utilize specific clinical training.
- Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states.
Requirements
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
- State licensed in California by the start date.
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience with patients of all ages (0+) in the past 5 years, OR 1 year of outpatient primary care plus 1 year of primary care fellowship or urgent care experience.
- Passion for human-centered care and effective use of technology.
- Ability to navigate uncertain situations and adapt to patient needs.
Pay and benefits
- Base salary range: $164,700 to $196,875.
