About the role
Datadog is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join their team in Boston or New York. You will act as a strategic partner to some of the company’s largest and most important customers. Your main goal is to build strong relationships, advocate for the customer internally, and drive the adoption of new products. This is a hybrid role that values office collaboration while supporting work-life harmony.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to translate customer goals into a clear value narrative.
- Build and maintain executive relationships to connect technical use cases with business results.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic reviews to demonstrate impact and align on priorities.
- Analyze adoption trends to quantify value and identify commercial opportunities.
- Manage the onboarding process for new customers.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and other technical teams to ensure consistent value delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Experience managing a portfolio of accounts that roll up to large enterprise corporate accounts.
- Familiarity with working with Fortune 1000 companies and global brands.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps professionals.
- Experience in the B2B tech space or with SaaS companies.
- Willingness to travel for customer onsite visits and events.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

- Base salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 USD.
