Responsibilities
- Manage department performance: Maximize sales, inventory accuracy, and store standards.
- Drive commercial results: Monitor local market trends, manage planograms, and order merchandise to meet customer demand.

- Use data: Analyze department performance to meet targets and improve stock file accuracy.

Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Background: Previous roles as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Department Manager are typical.
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen, communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Adaptability: Ability to flex plans and priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Keyholder duties: Willingness to handle cash, stock, and property security, including availability for emergency call-outs.
- Language: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, to perform essential job functions.
Pay and benefits
- Salary: $58,700 – $71,760. The base pay rate may vary based on geographic region, knowledge, skills, and experience.
