Bosch Service Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Roadside Protect team in Itasca, IL. This part-time position focuses on providing emergency roadside assistance support to customers in the U.S. and Canada. The role is entry-level and offers the chance to grow within a global service organization.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide professional, empathetic customer support.
- Gather required information and enter data accurately into dispatch systems.
- Follow scripts, workflows, and client-specific requirements.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding next steps and expectations.
- Escalate issues according to policy when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Requirements
- U.S. work authorization is required. Future sponsorship for work authorization is unavailable.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Proficiency with desktop computers and MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and professionalism.
- Ability to work on-site in Itasca, IL, during set evening hours (2:00 PM – 8:30 PM).
- Experience in roadside assistance or the automotive industry is beneficial but not required.
- Additional language skills, such as French or Spanish, are beneficial but not required.
