Bosch is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in El Paso, TX. In this full-time position, you will play a key part in ensuring high-quality service by managing daily orders and coordinating with internal teams. Responsibilities
- Organize daily orders to guarantee correct and on-time shipping.
- Communicate with various departments regarding shipping and warehousing topics.
- Collaborate with the planning team to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
- Verify material availability for shipment completion.
- Analyze warehouse systems to identify potential shipment delays and implement corrective actions.
- Convey all shipping requirements to warehouse personnel.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- At least 1 year of warehousing experience.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Ability to lift products and materials up to 40 pounds.
- Willingness to work 2nd Shift and extended hours, including Saturdays as needed.
- Indefinite U.S. work authorization required. Future sponsorship for work authorization is unavailable.
