About the role
Primark is looking for a dedicated colleague to join their team in Katy, Texas. In this full-time position, you will act as the main point of contact for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will support the Store Manager and the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Lead by balancing operational tasks with safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Cash Office Duties: Control cash handling operations, stabilize tills, monitor petty cash, note discrepancies, and prepare registers for the next day.
- EHS & Safety: Proactively mitigate hazards, conduct training programs for new hires and refresher courses, and ensure compliance with local guidelines.
- Operations Support: Print POS tickets, update price adjustments, maintain stock file accuracy, and manage the lost property process.
- Maintenance & Admin: Raise repair orders, liaise with contractors, order PPE and stationery, stock First Aid kits, and assist with technology repairs.
- Reporting: Support routine self-audits and update management on daily and weekly activities and deadlines.

Pay and benefits
- Pay: $16.50 hourly. This is a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum pay for this role. The base pay rate may vary based on geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
