As a Barista in our Starbucks department, you will prepare and serve specialty beverages and food items while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, and teas.
- Prepare and serve menu items such as sandwiches, salads, and baked goods.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and provide product details.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Stock supplies, check equipment temperatures, and maintain product displays.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Barista or equivalent work experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Barista Certification.
- Effective oral communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and learn quickly.
- Preferred: Previous experience at a coffee shop or Starbucks.
