Responsibilities
- Deliver hospitality: Provide consistent, welcoming service to turn customers into regulars.
- Maintain standards: Keep the workspace clean and organized in line with local health codes and company guidelines.
- Support operations: Assist with events, promotions, and brand expansion efforts.
- Manage daily tasks: Handle cash, inventory, waste tracking, and opening/closing procedures.
- Lead by example: Share enthusiasm for coffee and matcha while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements
- Experience: At least one year in customer service, preferably in hospitality or coffee.
- Age: 18 years or older.
- Physical ability: Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must work two peak days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday). Part-time roles require 15-25 hours/week; full-time roles require 30-40 hours/week. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
Pay and benefits
- Wage: $20.00-$21.00 per hour plus tips.
